We put in as much effort into how our products look and feel as we do the science and nutrition. Life is better when it's made up of stuff that is easy on the eye... As design enthusiasts, this was part of our ethos from the very beginning.
Do only good
We want to help humans live better lives which means looking after the planet and the people and animals behind our products. We support local farmers by purchasing bi-products from their organic and cruelty free practices and turning it into supplements that contain no nasties and improve human health.
Own the 'gross'
Beef organs and bovine products aren’t exactly the easiest to sell, but we believe they deserve their moment in the spotlight. The power of ancestral nutrition is nothing short of extraordinary, and we’re here to champion the humble cow—not with hype, but with honesty about the very real benefits it brings.

As an experienced facialist, Liv has seen how health shows up in our skin, and how often people - especially women - are running on empty. Between a busy work-life and three young kids, she was constantly getting sick, tired of quick fixes, and looking for a better foundation for long-term wellness. Roam reflects her belief that beauty and vitality start from within, and that simple, effective support should be accessible to everyone.

Ro has spent her career launching purposeful ventures. But Roam was born from something more personal: the constant juggle of motherhood, work, and health. She was frustrated by a supplement market full of overhyped promises and underwhelming results and wanted something she could trust to actually support her through real life.

Alice has spent their career designing brands, services, and experiences that put people and the planet first. Her growing concern about soil health, nutrition quality, and environmental sustainability led her deep into the world of regenerative nutrition. Now, as she prepares for motherhood herself, Roam is her way of combining that passion with purpose—building a brand that reconnects us to nature in a way that’s practical, sustainable, and future-facing.
