Founded by Olivia, Ro and Alice, Roam takes nose-to-tail nutrition and makes it fit for modern life. Every product starts with food, not a lab: good ingredients, sourced properly and interfered with as little as possible. Roam isn't here to make you a different person. It's here to help you feel more like yourself.
Designed to be seen
We put in as much effort into how our products look and feel as we do the science and nutrition. Life is better when it's made up of stuff that is easy on the eye... As design enthusiasts, this was part of our ethos from the very beginning.
Farmer, not pharma
The most nutrient-dense parts of the animal often go unused. We buy them directly from farmers, pay fairly for them, and know where every Roam cow comes from.
The past and future of nutrition
Organ meats, colostrum and collagen have been valued for generations. They fell out of our diets because the way we shop, cook and eat changed, not because they stopped being good food. We think they deserve a place in modern life, and we'd rather make that case honestly than loudly.
We've lived the exhaustion.
We're parents, partners and people who know the weight of the mental load. We didn't want to optimise every minute of our lives. We just wanted to feel better in them.
As an experienced facialist, Liv has seen how health shows up in our skin, and how often people - especially women - are running on empty. Between a busy work-life and three young kids, she was constantly getting sick, tired of quick fixes, and looking for a better foundation for long-term wellness. Roam reflects her belief that beauty and vitality start from within, and that simple, effective support should be accessible to everyone.
Ro has spent her career launching purposeful ventures. But Roam was born from something more personal: the constant juggle of motherhood, work, and health. She was frustrated by a supplement market full of overhyped promises and underwhelming results and wanted something she could trust to actually support her through real life.
Alice has spent their career designing brands, services, and experiences that put people and the planet first. Her growing concern about soil health, nutrition quality, and environmental sustainability led her deep into the world of regenerative nutrition. Now, as she prepares for motherhood herself, Roam is her way of combining that passion with purpose—building a brand that reconnects us to nature in a way that’s practical, sustainable, and future-facing.
As we've got older and become parents, nutrition has come to mean something different. Our energy hasn't kept pace with our lives. There's more to juggle, more to show up for, and more little germs coming home. We've never been more aware of how much it matters to look after ourselves.
Our ingredients come from grass-fed cattle raised on regenerative farms, ensuring animal welfare and thriving ecosystems go hand-in-hand.
Our pouches, bottles, boxes and packaging are all made from recyclable materials because great design shouldn't come at nature’s expense.
We honour the whole animal by using nutrient-rich parts often overlooked—turning waste into wellness with respect and purpose.
