When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Subscriptions and orders over £50 ship free. For anything else, you'll see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship worldwide?
For now, we ship within the UK only. Join the Full Circle and we'll let you know when that changes.
Refunds & returns
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We can't accept returns on opened products unless they're faulty. If anything arrives damaged, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Subscription terms
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! Simply sign in to your Roam account and cancel or pause your subscription. There is no penalty for doing so and you can cancel at any time.
